A native of Taunton, Mass., Jen Dias competed in multiple events for the Engineers, including hurdles, relays, triple jump and long jump. Her greatest success came in the 400 meter hurdles in which she was a four-time NCAA Outdoor National All-America. She finished seventh in the nation as a freshman (62.87), fourth as a sophomore (62.39), second as a junior (60.97) and third as a senior, setting the school record with a time of 60.24.
 
Dias established 10 school records, including seven as an individual and three relays, on her way to being named the Liberty League Track Performer of the Year seven times (3 indoor, 4 outdoor), the New York State Championship Track Performer of the Meet once and the NYS Rookie of the Meet once. She won 12 state events and 13 competitions at league meets. The Taunton High School graduate, who was the Liberty League Performer of the Week 34 times during her career, holds school records in the 55, 100 and 400 hurdles, 500 meter dash, 600 meter run, triple jump, pentathlon and 4x200 and 4x400 relays.
 
Dias was a Dean's List student and multiple Liberty League All-Academic honoree as a biomedical engineering major.16447
