Kaczynski, who hails from Pleasant Valley, Conn., was a three-time All-League selection, including First Team honors in her final two years during her career, which saw her average 12.9 points in 111 career games. She served as a captain in her senior season leading the program to appearances in the league and ECAC Tournament finals. That year, Kaczynski helped RPI go 22-7, averaging 13.4 points on her way to becoming the program's all-time leading scorer with 1,432 points.
A National All-America Honorable Mention in 2003, she remains the leader in highest 3-point percentage (36.5%) and free throw percentage in a career (79.2%), while ranking second in single-season points (478) and third in scoring. Kaczynski was a two-time Academic All-District First Team honoree, the recipient of a Boeing Scholarship, and a member of both the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and the RPI “Red and White” Alumni Relations Program. The former Northwestern Regional #7 High School standout graduated with degrees in information technology and management in 2004.
