TROY, NY - Freshman Ashley Aust scored an uassisted goal 6:42 into overtime to give the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's soccer team a 1-0 victory over Clarkson University in a Liberty League contest. 

On the game-winner, Aust came down the right side and beat a diving goalkeeper, Lauren Arredondo.

Arrendondo finished with eight saves, including four in the first half and four in the second.  Jackie Gabriele stopped two shots for the win for Rensselaer.

With the victory, RPI improves to 2-6-1 overall and 1-3-0 in the league while Clarkson is now 4-8-0 and 0-4-0.
