SCRANTON, Pa. - Taryn Mellody scored a season-high 23 points and Tiffaney Williams added a career-high 11 points to lead 10th-ranked Scranton (7-1) past Rensselaer (3-3), 87-50, in the semi-final of the Diversified Invitational.  The Lady Royals advance to meet Frostburg State in championship game Saturday afternoon while Rensselaer will play Hood in the consolation game.  The Red Hawks were led by freshman forward Elizabeth Barker, who had nine points and ten rebounds, and sophomore forward Tory Lyons, who had nine points.
