CANTON, N.Y. - Skidmore won all three doubles matches and both of the first two completed singles matches to defeat Rensselaer, 5-0, in the first round of the Liberty League Tournament at St. Lawrence.  The second-seeded Thoroughbreds advanced to play third-seeded Hamilton while the seventh-seeded Engineers faced sixth-seeded William Smith.

Against the Herons, Christine Roe and Erica Sherman posted singles victories at #3 and #4, respectively, but it was not enough as the Engineers fell, 5-2.
