GAMEDAY: The Engineers (10-3) conclude the non-league portion of their regular season by hosting Drew University (2-11), a Landmark Conference institution, on Tuesday at 6pm.

LAST TIME OUT: In RPI's most recent game, Saturday against nationally-ranked St. Lawrence, Saints junior Andrew Jarrett scored with 2:55 left in overtime to give SLU an 8-7 victory over RPI in a contest that featured seven ties and eight lead changes ... Rensselaer junior Matt Hall tied the game at 7-7 with 2.6 seconds remaining in regulation when he collected the ball off a scramble with time winding down and notched his 24th of the year, this one from the goalie's left that went between the goalie's legs ... St. Lawrence took a 7-6 lead with 52 seconds remaining in the contest ... Junior Breanainn McNeally had three goals, while Hall had a goal and two assists for the Engineers, who got 12 saves from David Gibbs, also a junior.

THANK YOU SENIORS: Tuesday's game is the final  regular season home game in the careers of Pat Hogan, Billy Gibbs, John Phillips, Patrick Finn, Connor Hill, Troy Manchester and Ryan Brisson ... Hogan and Gibbs are midfielders, Phillips and Hill are defenders, Finn and Brisson are attackmen and Manchester is a goalie ... They were all honored following Saturday's game.

LEAGUE LEADERS: Junior attack Breanainn McNeally is first in the Liberty League in goals per game, averaging 3.23 ... He is third in points per game with 3.85 ... Senior attack Patrick Finn is second in the conference in assists per game with 1.77 ... Senior John Phillips is third in caused turnovers per game (2.00) and sophomore Blake Frasca is seventh in the same category (1.31).

STREAKING: Rensselaer saw its nine-game winning streak snapped by St. Lawrence.

NON-LEAGUE STRETCH: The Engineers have won six consecutive games against non-conference opponents.

TUESDAYS: RPI has played two Tuesday night games, winning them both ... Rensselaer defeated Oneonta at home, 16-8, on April 5 and beat Hamilton, 13-10, last week.

UPCOMING: RPI plays its regular season finale on Saturday at Clarkson (12pm) and then will travel back to the North Country for a Liberty League Semifinal contest at nationally-ranked St. Lawrence on May 6 ... The game time is expected to be 4pm.

COMMON OPPONENTS: The Engineers and Rangers have two common opponents: Bard and Vassar ... RPI defeated both of those teams, 18-3 and 17-5, respectively ... Drew beat Bard, 5-2, on March 16 and lost at Vassar, 15-6, on April 5.

SCOUTING DREW: The Rangers dropped their first three games - all by three goals or fewer - before defeating Bard behind a pair of goals from Steven Cola and 10 saves from Greg Swenson ... Drew then lost its next eight contests before defeating Moravian, 11-4, on Saturday ... The Rangers average 6.08 goals per game while allowing 9.31 per contest.

MOST RECENTLY: Drew celebrated Senior Day in style on Saturday, getting three goals from the Class of 2016 in an 11-4 victory over Moravia ... Playing in their final games on Drew's campus, senior attacker Ben Ludeman scored a pair of goals – the first two goals of the game – and senior captain Steven Cola added a man-up tally in the third period as the Rangers (2-11) coasted to a victory in their home turf finale ... Freshman attacker Ryan D'Alessandro scored four goals in the win and junior defender Michael Lloyd had a goal and an assist, while picking up seven ground balls and causing three turnovers ... Junior goalkeeper Teddy Sweeney made 10 saves to pick up the victory.
