CANTON, N.Y. - St. Lawrence University (SLU) jumped out to a 4-0 lead and then answered a pair of goals by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with 11 consecutive of its own as the No. 7 Saints defeated the Engineers 16-4 in a Liberty League men's lacrosse game at North Country Field. SLU improves to 13-1 overall and 5-1 in the conference, while the Engineers fall to 10-4 and 3-3.

JT Kelly (Acton, MA / Acton-Boxborough) less than two minutes later (9:46). Killeen's goal was set up by
Zach Lukas, while Kelly's was unassisted on the man-up.Â
Jordan Dow scored consecutive goals to end the first quarter and rebuild SLU's four-goal margin. The lead was eight goals at halftime (10-2) and 12 (14-2) after three quarters. Senior

Aidan Denecke (Lansdale, PA / Methacton), a freshman, notched his second of the season with 3:32 to play.

Conor Healey had three goals and an assist, while Dow finished with three goals. Two goalies combined to make six saves for the Saints.
RPI finishes the regular season on with a critical conference contest against Clarkson University on Saturday at 1pm. The Engineers remain in the race for a league post-season berth and so are the Golden Knights.Â
