GAMEDAY (Feb. 3, 2018): It is Senior Day and Alumnae Day as the Engineers (10-10; 6-7) host conference foe Ithaca (13-6; 8-4) for the first time since the 1990s.

THE STANDINGS: Rensselaer sits in sixth place with six wins ... The Engineers are two wins from fifth and one from seventh ... Ithaca is in fourth ... The top six schools qualify for the post-season.

LAST NIGHT: Union tallied 14 of the 18 points scored in overtime, including the first eight, and the Dutchwomen defeated RPI, 50-40 ... Elizabeth Eckhardt was Rensselaer's leading scorer with 13 points, along with four rebounds, while classmate Sam Krumbhaar scored 11 with three rebounds.

ITHACA LAST NIGHT: Despite leading by double-digits in the first half, Ithaca fell at Skidmore, 73-63 ... Cassidy O'Malley recorded 19 points, along with seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks ... Grace Cannon added 11 points while Julie Yacovoni had eight points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals and one block.

FIRST MEETING: Four student-athletes reached double digits in points, including Julie Yacovoni, who had 16 points and 14 rebounds, to help Ithaca to an 84-63 victory on January 19 ... Following a first half in which Ithaca held a 42-38 advantage, the Bombers outscored RPI by eight points (22-14) in the third quarter and nine in the fourth (20-11) for the victory ... Junior LaKissa Martin led Rensselaer with a team-high 18 points with six rebounds and three steals ... Sam Krumbhaar added 12 points and Elizabeth Eckhardt scored 11 ... Sophomore Cassidy O'Malley led Ithaca with a 19-point, five-block performance. Yacovoni added five assists, four steals and two blocks. 

ALL-TIME AGAINST ITHACA: The Engineers are 6-13 against the Bombers, including a 3-4 mark in Troy ... The teams have played 14 conference contests with Rensselaer trailing, 4-10.

LONG TIME AGO: RPI last hosted the Bombers in Troy on February 10, 1995 in an ICAC contest, which the Engineers won, 60-51 ... The two teams met at Siena College on December 3, 1998, when RPI's floor was being renovated ... The Engineers won that contest, 60-49.
