GAMEDAY (Jan. 10, 2020): The Engineers (7-3; 3-0) play their first home game of 2020 with league foe Union College (4-4; 1-1) serving as the opposition.

BACK TO LEAGUE PLAY: After a pair of non-league games, including a contest at NYU on Sunday, Rensselaer returns to Liberty League action for the first time since December 11 ... RPI only has conference matchups the rest of the season.

RIGHT BACK AT IT: The Engineers host Skidmore on Saturday at 2pm, while Union travels to RIT, also on Saturday at 2pm.

ALL-TIME AGAINST UNION: The Engineers are 54-31 against the Dutchwomen, including 25-12 in Troy ... There have been 48 conference contests with Rensselaer leading 26-22.

LAST 10: RPI is 3-7 in its last 10 games with Union with each being a league contest ... One win came in Troy.

LAST SEASON: For the second straight year, the Engineers and Dutchwomen split their two meetings ... For the second straight year, both teams won on the road.

FEBRUARY 1, 2019: LaKissa Martin scored 21 points with 14 rebounds and Ines Ortea also had a double-double to lead Rensselaer to a 59-48 win ... Martin made 9 of 13 shots from the field and had six offensive rebounds among her 14 to lead all players ... Ortea, a guard, registered 13 points and 12 boards, along with three assists and three steals ... Union was led by Amber Raisner's 18 points and a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds from Sophie Borg.

FEBRUARY 13, 2019: Nicole Conley connected on a three-pointer with just over two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter to put Union in front and the Dutchwomen held off Rensselaer 53-50 ... RPI was led by Celia Tomlinson's double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds ... LaKissa Martin had a team-high 13 points with six rebounds, while Ines Ortea had 10 points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals ... Sophie Borg led Union in scoring with 13 points, along with six rebounds.
 
RPI LAST TIME OUT: On Sunday in Manhattan, two Violets scored 24 points and NYU beat RPI, 77-56 ... Junior Courtney Lewis paced the Engineers with 16 points, four rebounds and a steal ... Freshman Heather Converse had 10 points with five rebounds and Celia Tomlinson had seven points and a game-high 12 rebounds.

STREAKERS: The Engineers won seven straight games from November 13 to December 11 before losing at undefeated Smith on December 12 (74-65).

UNION TO DATE: The Dutchwomen began the season with a win over Hartwick (65-46) before dropping three straight games ... Union has rebounded to win three of its last four, including its last two games: December 10 vs. MCLA (62-28) and January 3 at Utica (72-62).
