GAME DAY! Three Teams in Action on Thursday

FIELD HOCKEY (0-0; 0-0 Liberty League)

Rensselaer is coming off a 9-8 season and a second place finish in the Liberty League regular season standings. The Engineers host two games on a brand new Harkness Field to begin the campaign with the opener on Thursday at 5pm against Hartwick. Game 2 is Saturday at 11am vs. Geneseo.

WOMEN'S SOCCER (0-0; 0-0 Liberty League)

The Engineers, who posted five wins and four ties last season, host Oneonta on Thursday at 7pm at ECAV Stadium before hitting the road for a match at New Paltz on Saturday at 1pm.

MEN'S SOCCER (0-0; 0-0 Liberty League)

A game at No. 23 Montclair State on Thursday at 7pm starts the season for RPI and then the Engineers make their home debut on Saturday at 6:30pm against UMass Boston at ECAV Stadium. Rensselaer won 11 games and finished first in the Liberty League in 2021.

WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

Following a 2021 season in which the Engineers were second at the Liberty League Championship, they begin this year with a home meet against Saint Rose and Russell Sage on Friday at 4:45pm at the Harkness track.

MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

Rensselaer won the Liberty League championship and qualified for the NCAA Championship a season ago. Their quest to repeat begins on Friday at 5:15pm against Saint Rose and Russell Sage at the Harkness track.

FOOTBALL (0-0; 0-0 Liberty League)

The Engineers enjoyed a banner season in 2021 with a school record-tying 11 wins, a Liberty League championship and a trip to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Playoffs. RPI, which is No. 20 in the D3football.com Preseason Poll, plays it's first three games at ECAV Stadium with Dickinson providing the opposition in the opener which takes place on Saturday at 1pm.
