PREVIEW! Eight Squads in Action This Weekend

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL (9-6; 6-2 Liberty League)

The Engineers began a three-game week with a 58-33 victory at Bard for their fourth straight win. Trips to Vassar and Skidmore on Friday (5:30pm) and Saturday (2pm), respectively, are on tap for the weekend.

MEN'S BASKETBALL (12-3; 6-2 Liberty League)

Following a 53-44 win over Bard on Tuesday, RPI visits Vassar on Friday (7:30pm) and Skidmore on Saturday (4pm).

WOMEN'S HOCKEY (6-17-1; 2-10-1 ECAC Hockey)

Following a weekend in which it split its two games, losing 2-1 in overtime to No. 10 Clarkson and defeating St. Lawrence 2-0, RPI hits the road for more ECAC Hockey action. The Engineers are at Harvard on Friday (6pm) and Dartmouth on Saturday (3pm).

MEN'S HOCKEY (8-14-1; 3-9-0 ECAC Hockey)

The Engineers return to the Houston Field House - where they are 8-3-1 this season - for conference contests against Clarkson on Friday and St. Lawrence on Saturday. Both games begin at 7pm. RPI is coming off losses at Yale (4-1) and Brown (3-0) last weekend.

WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD AND MEN'S TRACK & FIELD

Both teams returned from long breaks to compete at Utica, where the men were second of 15 schools and the women were seventh at the Winter Opener. Competition continues on Saturday with the Middlebury College Winter Classic, which begins at noon in Vermont.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING (3-2) AND MEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING (4-1)

Both squads took part in the RPI Kumpf Invitational with second (women) and third (men) place finishes, respectively. A pair of dual meets are on the schedule for this weekend as Skidmore visits Robison Pool on Saturday (1pm) for Senior Day before a trip to Union on Sunday (1pm).
