PREVIEW! Six Squads at Home This Weekend

SOFTBALL (15-5; 0-0 Liberty League)

The Engineers took two games from Cortland on Tuesday, 8-1 and 3-2, and two from Utica on Wednesday, 10-0 and 10-5, and next make a visit to Skidmore for the Liberty League opening doubleheader is on Saturday (1pm). A fourth doubleheader for the week is Sunday at home against Clarkson (1pm), another conference foe.

BASEBALL (16-9-1; 3-3 Liberty League)

Rensselaer earned a 7-1 non-league win over Utica on Tuesday and now prep for conference play as St. Lawrence visits for a pair on Saturday (1pm) and Clarkson is in town for two on Sunday (12pm).

No. 30 MEN'S TENNIS (7-5; 2-1 Liberty League)

The No. 30 Engineers swept Union 9-0 in a Liberty League match at home on Tuesday. They return to action on Friday when Bard travels north for a match at 4:30pm (originally 5:30pm). A trip to St. Lawrence on Saturday follows with play scheduled to begin at 1pm. All three matches this week are conference contests.

WOMEN'S LACROSSE (9-2; 4-2 Liberty League)

The Engineers picked up a critical 15-12 win over Skidmore on Wednesday and are back in conference play on Saturday afternoon when they host St. Lawrence at 3pm at ECAV Stadium.

MEN'S TRACK & FIELD AND WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD

Both teams finished in second place in tri-meets with Bates and Tufts last weekend and now the Engineers have another home meet with the RPI Under the Lights on Friday beginning at 3pm at Ned Harkness Track & Field. Additionally, team members from both squads will head to Bucknell for competition on Saturday. Racing begins for the Engineers at 6pm for the women and 7:50pm for the men.

MEN'S LACROSSE (6-6; 3-1 Liberty League)

Rensselaer evened its overall record and moved to 3-1 in the Liberty League with a come-from-behind 14-11 win over Clarkson on Saturday in Troy. This week's lone game is on Saturday at 3pm at No. 10 Union in Schenectady.
