PREVIEW! Three Teams at Home; Two on Friday

No. 34 WOMEN'S TENNIS (11-4; 4-2 Liberty League)

After dropping a 5-4 match at No. 38 Vassar, No. 34 Engineers travels to William Smith on Saturday for a match at 1pm, and then to Ithaca on Sunday at 10am. These are the final two matches of the regular season.

SOFTBALL (21-5; 4-0 Liberty League)

RPI extended its winning streak to 10 games with a sweep at Hamilton on Wednesday. It's back to league play this weekend with a doubleheader against Ithaca on Friday beginning at 2:30pm (originally scheduled for Sunday) and another home twinbill on Saturday against Union (1pm)

BASEBALL (19-11-1; 6-4 Liberty League)

Wednesday's action resulted in a 9-4 loss at Middlebury but RPI is back in action on Friday at 4pm at league foe Bard (originally scheduled for Sunday). It is then back home for a doubleheader versus the Raptors on Saturday (12pm)

WOMEN'S LACROSSE (9-3; 4-3 Liberty League)

The Engineers split the two games they had last week, defeating Skidmore 15-12 but losing 13-12 in overtime to St. Lawrence. RPI continues its homestand with games against No. 3 William Smith on Friday (4pm) and Rochester on Saturday (2pm) at ECAV Stadium.

No. 18 GOLF

RPI, ranked No. 18 in the latest national poll, was idle from competition last week but gets back on the course at the Farmingdale State College Invitational on Saturday and Sunday at Bethpage Red. Action on day 1 begins at 9am.

MEN'S TRACK & FIELD AND WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD

The Engineers swept the RPI Under the Lights meet with both squads winning by wide margins before a handful of runners competed at the non team scoring Bucknell Outdoor Classic. Both teams travel to Williams for the Farley Invitational on Saturday with the first events set to begin at noon

MEN'S LACROSSE (7-6; 4-1 Liberty League)

RPI solidified its spot in second place in the Liberty League standings with a 9-5 win at No. 10 Union on Saturday. It's another road contest for the Engineers, who travel to No. 6 St. Lawrence for a 1pm face off.

No. 33 MEN'S TENNIS (9-5; 5-1 Liberty League)

The No. 33 Engineers won three times last week,  defeating Union 9-0, Bard 9-0, and St. Lawrence 7-2 and now they hit the road. Trips to Hobart on Saturday (1pm) and Ithaca on Sunday (2pm) conclude the regular season.
