SOFTBALL (25-5; 8-0 Liberty League)

The Engineers ran their winning streak to 14 games with six wins last week, including a 4-0 record against Liberty League competition. This week begins with a non-league doubleheader at home against Williams on Wednesday (3:30pm) before a trip to Western New York to play No. 20 Rochester and RIT. The games with the Yellowjackets are Saturday (1pm) and the doubleheader versus the Tigers is Sunday. Action begins at 1pm both days.

BASEBALL (22-11-1; 9-4 Liberty League)

Following a mid-week loss at Middlebury, Rensselaer took all three games against conference foe Bard. A mid-week game at Williams on Wednesday (4pm) precedes conference contests against Vassar on Saturday (DH in Poughkeepsie) and Sunday (in Troy). First pitch on both days is noon.

MEN'S TRACK & FIELD AND WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD

Both teams competed in the Farley Invitational at Williams, a non team scoring meet, and now prep for the Penn Relays on Thursday and the Capital District Classic on Saturday at Ned Harkness Track & Field (11am).

No. 17 GOLF

RPI won for the sixth time this season, capturing the rain-shortened Farmingdale State Spring Classic, and now head into the Liberty League Championship beginning on Friday at Turning Stone Resort. The winner of the three-day tournament earns an automatic berth into the NCAA Championship.

No. 34 WOMEN'S TENNIS (13-4; 6-2 Liberty League)

The regular season concluded with a pair of wins and the 34th-ranked Engineers head into the Liberty League Tournament as the No. 3 seed. They play No. 6 Ithaca on Friday at 11:30am at the Reis Tennis Center at Cornell. The winner advances to play No. 2 Skidmore on Saturday at 11:30am with the championship match being on Sunday at 9am. The winner of the tournament earns the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

No. 33 MEN'S TENNIS (13-4; 6-2 Liberty League)

After splitting its final two matches of the regular season, RPI is onto the Liberty League Tournament as the No. 4 seed. The Engineers play No. 5 Union on Friday at 2:15pm at the Reis Tennis Center at Cornell. The winner advances to play No. 1 Skidmore on Saturday at 2:15pm with the championship match being on Sunday at 1pm. The winner of the tournament earns the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

WOMEN'S LACROSSE (10-4; 5-4 Liberty League)

A loss to No. 3 William Smith on Friday was followed by a victory over Rochester on Saturday and the Engineers close out the regular season with a game at Clarkson on Saturday at noon. RPI has clinched a berth into the Liberty League Tournament which begins on May 2.

No. 17 MEN'S LACROSSE (8-6; 5-1 Liberty League)

It was another road win against a nationally-ranked opponent as the Engineers defeated No. 6 St. Lawrence 13-7 on Saturday. No. 17 RPI hosts Ithaca on Saturday at 1pm at ECAV Stadium for its regulars season finale. Regardless of the outcome, Rensselaer will finish second in the Liberty League standings and host a semifinals game on May 5 at 4pm.
