WOMEN'S LACROSSE (11-4; 6-4 Liberty League)

The Engineers concluded the regular season with an 18-13 win at Clarkson and now set their sights on the Liberty League Tournament. RPI is the No. 5 seed and plays at No. 4 Union on Tuesday at 7pm. The winner advances to play at the top seed, William Smith, on Friday with the championship game on Sunday.

MEN'S TRACK & FIELD AND WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD

Four competitors ran in The Penn Relays last week and the rest of the squads laced up for the Capital District Classic, which the men won and the women placed second. The Liberty League Championship meets are on tap in Rochester this weekend with action taking place on Friday (12pm) and Saturday (10:30am)

No. 24 SOFTBALL (29-7; 11-1 Liberty League)

RPI, ranked No. 24 in the nation, went 4-2 last week, including a split at No. 18 Rochester, and now prepares for its final Liberty League games of the regular season - a doubleheader at St. Lawrence on Friday at 2pm. (A mid-week doubleheader with Plattsburgh State has been canceled). The conference post-season tournament takes place beginning on May 11.

No. 33 MEN'S TENNIS (13-6; 6-2 Liberty League)

RPI rolled to through the Liberty League Tournament as the No. 4 seed, defeating Union and Skidmore by 5-0 scores and then beating Hobart 5-3 in the championship match. The No. 33 Engineers earned an automatic bid to play in the NCAA Tournament for the second straight year and face Lebanon Valley on Friday at Goucher College (Schroedl Tennis Center) in a first round match at 2pm. The winner faces Johns Hopkins, the host, on Saturday at 2pm with that winner advancing to Sunday's third round (12pm).

No. 18 MEN'S LACROSSE (9-6; 6-1 Liberty League)

Rensselaer, which is ranked No. 18 in Division III, beat Ithaca 14-9 in its regular season finale and next hosts No. 17 Union in the Liberty League Semifinals on Friday at 4pm at ECAV Stadium. The Engineers are the No. 2 seed, while the Dutchmen are No. 3. The winner advances to Sunday's championship game with an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament on the line.

BASEBALL (24-13-1; 11-5 Liberty League)

Rensselaer won two of three games from Vassar last weekend to earn the right to host a Liberty League best-of-three crossover series this weekend. The Engineers welcome Ithaca to Troy for a pair of games on Saturday (12pm) and a single contest on Sunday (12pm), if necessary.

No. 34 WOMEN'S TENNIS (14-5; 6-2 Liberty League)

The season came to an end on Saturday in the Liberty League Semifinals but not before the No. 34 Engineers set the school record for single season victories with 14. 

No. 17 GOLF

It was another win for the No. 17 Engineers - their eighth of the season - who captured the Liberty League Tournament title and the opportunity to play in the NCAA Tournament. Graduate student Joey Harrigan earned medalist honors. Action at nationals begins on May 17 in Kentucky
