TROY, N.Y.- The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's soccer team suffered a 1-0 defeat to Liberty League rival Skidmore tonight in ECAV Stadium.

Cole Rogan had the lone goal of the night on either side, as he deposited a free kick attempt from five yards past midfield to put the Thoroughbreds ahead with 10 minutes remaining. 

Gianfranco Loli and Olivier Szorc each put a shot on goal for RPI.

The Engineers will take a week off before heading to Hobart for a 4:00 pm kickoff next Friday afternoon.
