Burdo joined the RPI Baseball program as an assistant coach in 2008. He works primarily with catchers, hitters, & coaches the Junior Varsity squad.
As a player, Chris excelled at the College of Saint Rose from 2001-2003 where he served as the Golden Knights catcher. During his time with the Golden Knights, Chris garnered all-conference status in the Northeast-10. He also received all-region accolades for the Northeast Region in 2001 & 2002.
Chris graduated from Saint Rose with a Bachelor’s degree in Education in 2003. Following graduation, Chris worked at Frozen Ropes Baseball training facility in Albany. While at Frozen Ropes, Chris served as Lead Instructor & Programs Director where he helped develop many players who went on to play college baseball at the highest level.
