Dave Plungas brings five seasons of Division I experience to the Engineers after being a three-year starter at the University at Albany from 2011-2013. The 2010 UAlbany Linebacker of the Year, Plungas enters his first season of collegiate coaching, but brings previous experience in mentoring young players in several football camps at UAlbany, as well as acting as a strength coach at Aim Performance in Mentor, Ohio. He graduated with a BA in communication in May 2013.
