Kosanovich joined the RPI coaching staff prior to the 2021 season. Before coming to Troy, Kosanovich served as the tight ends coach at UIndy in 2020.
A native of Elmhurst, Illinois, Kosanovich spent 2019 as the offensive line coach at Division III Muskingum University. Prior to that, he coached in his hometown at Elmhurst College for two years, working with the offensive line and also the tight ends.
He also has a strong strength and conditioning background, highlighted in 2017 when he served as a strength and conditioning intern for the University of Notre Dame.
Kosanovich is a graduate of North Central College, having earned a bachelor's in Sports Management. He played offensive line for the Division III powerhouse, helping the Cardinals to a conference championship in 2016.
