    Offensive Coordinator / Offensive Line
The 2015 season marks the second stint with the Engineers for Hladio, who coached the offensive line and running backs from 2011-13.

Hladio is a former captain at Division II Shippensburg (Pa.) University, where he was a standout on the offensive line. Since graduating in 1991 (B.S. in education), he has been an offensive line coach at the University of Cincinnati and Boston College – both as a graduate assistant. The Eagles participated in the Carquest and Aloha Bowls during his tenure on the staffs of then-head coaches Dan Henning and Tom Coughlin.

Hladio spent the 1995 season at Harvard University, working with the offensive line and tight ends, before moving to the University of Albany from 1996 to 2000. While with the Great Danes he led the offensive linemen, while also serving as a training camp coordinator for the NFL's New York Giants.

The Hanover, Pa., native, who has also coached in the Arena Football League, worked at Florida International for a year (2001) before returning to the Capital Region. The Southwestern High School graduate, was the offensive line coach and an assistant athletic director at Hudson Valley Community College from 2002 to 2004.
