Biography

Forand is a poised, left-shot defender who played the past three seasons for John Abbott College in the Québec Collegiate Hockey League (QCHL). She tallied 42 points (12 goals, 30 assists) in 86 games with the Islanders and also played for the OHA Mavericks U22 AAA team in 2021-22.
