Eimear Reddin joined the RPI coaching staff in August 2022 after spending the two seasons as the graduate assistant coach at Springfield College. While at Springfield, she gained a Master of Education in health promotion and disease prevention.
In her first season in Troy, Reddin was a part of coaching a defensive unit that surrendered just five goals in Liberty League action. That mark led the league, as the Engineers captured the best goals against mark for 2023.
While at Springfield, Reddin helped lead the pride to the NEWMAC final in 2021. She coached two United Soccer Coaches All-Region team players, two All-Conference players, and a CoSIDA Academic All-America award recipient.
Reddin graduated from Averett University in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Science Physical Education with a double concentration in Wellness Sports Medicine and Coaching. On the field, she was a four-year starter for the Cougars and led them to the playoffs in her senior season.
After graduating from Averett University, she served as an assistant coach at Iona College in 2019, helping the Gaels improve to 7-11-2 record. Reddin had the pleasure of coaching an All-MAAC First Team player and All-Rookie Team freshman.
She is a native of Donegal, Ireland.
