2022-23 Indoor: Ran 3000 and 5000 ... career-best 9:56.12 in 3000 and placed second (Liberty League Championship) ... won 5000 at Liberty League Championship (17:56.90)

2022 Outdoor: Ran 1500, 5000 and 10000 ... Career-bests in each: 4:53.94 in 1500 (Tufts), 36:51.35 in 10000 (Liberty League Championship) and 17:22.21 in 5000 (Swarthmore) ... Won 10000 at Liberty League Championship and third in 5000 (17:55.72) ...
