TROY, N.Y. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's and women's swimming & diving teams hosted Vassar College and the Engineers swept the Brewers at Robison Pool. The women won, 164-127, and the men won, 155-112.

The Engineers women on both the 200 Medley relay and the 400 Free relay. Freshman Siena Sara was part of both victories, while also touching the wall first in the 1000 Free and the 200 Breast. Classmate Barb Long was victorious in the 200 Free and the 500 Free and placed sixth in the 100 back. She was also the anchor of the 400 relay that out-touched Vassar's relay. Junior Ellen Tomljanovic also had multiple victories, winning the 100 breast and placing second in the 200 breast.

Highlights for the men included senior captain Nate Hosking winning the 200 free and the 500 free, and sophomore AJ Shicck winning both the 100 and 200 back.

Rensselaer is right back in action on Sunday when the two teams travel to Hartwick College for a dual meet at 1pm.
