HOMESTAND CONCLUDES: The Engineers finish up their four-game Liberty League homestand this weekend, when they host area-rivals Union and Skidmore at East Campus Arena ... RPI battles the Dutchwomen on Friday (6pm), before taking on the Thoroughbreds on Saturday (2pm).

ENGINEERS DEFEAT SLU & RIT: RPI began its Liberty League schedule with a pair of wins, knocking off St. Lawrence and RIT at home last weekend ... Ashley Clough finished with a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead Rensselaer to a 63-59 win over the Saints on Friday ... Amanda Lynch also finished in double-digits, scoring 14 points, off 10-of-14 shooting from the free throw line, while also adding nine boards ... Shaina Iton scored 12 points for the Engineers, while also totaling nine rebounds, two blocks, and two steals ... The duo of Lynch and Clough combined for 38 points, 21 rebounds, four assists, four steals and a blocked shot, as Rensselaer downed RIT, 73-59, on Saturday ... Lynch led the way with game-highs in points with 20 and rebounds with 13 ... She also had two assists, a block and a steal ... Clough scored 18 points with eight rebounds, two assists and three steals ... Also reaching double digits in points for the home team was Iton, who scored 11 points with six rebounds ... She also had three blocked shots.

RENSSELAER LEADERS: Junior Ashley Clough leads the team with 17.6 points and 8.5 rebounds per game ... She is followed by senior captain Amanda Lynch at 14.9 points and 8.7 boards per contest ... Fellow captain and senior Bailei Tetrault rounds out the top three scorers with 6.8 points per game ... Tetrault also has a team-high 26 assists to go along with 16 steals.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS: The Engineers are 4-0 this sesason, whe RPI senior captain Amanda Lynch records a double-double ... She notched 20 points and 13 rebounds in Rensselaer's 73-59 win over RIT on Saturday.

THE CAPTAINS: Seniors Amanda Lynch, Courtney Reynolds and Bailei Tetrault will lead the Engineers on the field for the 2014-15 season.
