RENSSELAER BLANKS ST. LAWRENCE
Senior Vito Mesiti scored his first goal of the season in the 22nd minute and the Engineers defeated St. Lawrence, 1-0, on Saturday at ECAV. Freshman Matt LaBranche made seven saves for his third shutout and second in as many games.

SKIDMORE DRAWS WITH WILLIAMS
Kevin Santos netted the game-tying goal in the 66th minute to help the Thoroughbreds earn a 1-1 draw with Williams College last Tuesday in Saratoga Springs. 

LEAGUE LEADERS
Senior Devon Baughen leads the Liberty League in goals (7) and points (17). He is third in points per game (1.21) and fourth in goals per game (.500) ... Skidmore's Kevin Santos leads the conference in points per game (2.00) and goals per game (.714).

RPI SWEEPS WEEKLY AWARDS
The Engineers took home all three weekly awards this week, as Devon Baughen (Offensive Performer of the Week), Andrew Gondek (Defensive Performer of the Week) and Matt LaBranche (Rookie of the Week) collected hardware after Rensselaer swept Clarkson and St. Lawrence over the weeke.d

The Engineers are home to Bard on Saturday (4:30pm) for Family Weekend at Rensselaer. The team closes out the regular season with non-league games against Keene State and St. Thomas Aquinas on October 26 and 29.
