GAMEDAY (Nov. 29, 2016): The Engineers host Keene State in a non-league game.

RPI TO DATE: Rensselaer won three of its first four games before dropping a pair of contests last weekend ... RPI sits at 3-3 on the year.

GAME 4: Rensselaer made 10 of 16 shots (62.5%) in the fourth quarter and turned a two-point deficit into a 65-53 victory over Sage ... RPI held a 31-22 lead at halftime, but Sage came out and scored 24 points in the third quarter for a 46-44 lead ... The Engineers answered, eventually pulling ahead 57-48 with just over five minutes remaining ... Sage got to within six points two minutes later, but the Engineers scored the final three baskets ... RPI held the Gators to just 27.3% (3 of 11) shooting in the final 10 minutes ... Sam Krumbhaar led RPI with 17 points, along with three rebounds and a game-high five steals.

GAME 5:  Junior Ama Biney totaled a career-high 28 points as WPI forged a 73-40 victory over RPI in the WPI Thanksgiving Classic opener ... Sophomore Elizabeth Eckhardt tallied 11 points and Sam Krumbhaar and LaKissa Martin each contributed six for RPI.

GAME 6: Springfield senior Ava Adamopoulos led all student-athletes with 25 points as the Pride held off Rensselaer, 85-79 at WPI ... With the Pride up by 21 points to open the fourth quarter, the Engineers went on a 10-0 run to pull closer, but Rensselaer could not get the lead back ... Shaina Iton posted a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds to go with 19 points from Sam Krumbhaar and 17 by LaKissa Martin.

ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM: Sophomore forward Kate Goodell was selected to the All-Tournament Team of the WPI Thanksgiving Tournament ... She was Rensselaer's lone representative.

WEEKLY HONOR ROLL: Sophomore Sam Krumbhaar was named to the Liberty League's Weekly Honor Roll after leading the Engineers in scoring with 42 points (14.0 avg) and steals with six in three games last week. She also had seven rebounds, two assists and four turnovers in 21.7 minutes per game 

LAST SEASON: Keene State recovered from a one point halftime deficit for an 88-73 win over RPI in New Hampshire ... Ashley Clough led RPI with 16 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals ... Sam Krumbhaar had 14 points and classmate Elizabeth Eckhardt had 13 with five rebounds ... LaKissa Martin finished with eight points, while Shaina Iton scored three points with a team-best nine rebounds ... Kelsey Cognetta led four Keene State players in double-figures with a season-high 17 points ... She was joined by Sarah Kober and Sandi Purcell, who each chipped in 14, and Valerie Martin, who netted 10.
