IMPRESSIVE START
At 6-1, RPI is off to its best start since 2002, when it opened the season at 8-0. That team went 8-2-1 in non-conference play and was 12-5-1 overall.
CLEAN SHEETS
The Engineers have posted shutouts in five shutouts in their first seven games. Four have been credited to freshman
Joey Lyons, while the fifth is a combined shutout between Lyons and junior
Tori Riopelle.
SEASON HIGH
The four goals RPI scored at Manhattaville was a season-high and the most the Engineers have scored since October 31, 2014, when they beat Albany College of Pharmacy, 7-0.
