The Engineers host Ithaca College for the first time in Liberty League play on Saturday afternoon at East Campus Stadium. RPI sits just four points ahead of the Bombers for fifth in the conference standings.
SERIES HISTORY
Rensselaer has never beaten Ithaca in eight ties (0-8-0), dating back to the first ever meeting on September 16, 1989. The Bombers were victorious on that day, 3-0 in Troy. Five of the eight matches have come on RPI's home turf, with the most recent – a 3-0 Ithaca win – occuring on October 30, 2010.
