HOME WEEKEND FINALE
The Engineers wrap up a two-game home weekend against seventh-ranked William Smith on Saturday at East Campus Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 2pm.

SERIES HISTORY
William Smith leads the all-time series 28-2, with RPI's victories coming in 1996 (1-0 in Troy) and 2012 (2-0 in Troy). The Herons have won the last six meetings by a combined 18-1, but the Engineers have faired much better at home, going 1-2 over the last three meetings at ECAV, are even in goals during that stretch (3-3).

RECENTLY
The Herons have held RPI without a goal for the last four games (4-0), including a 4-0 William Smith win in the 2016 Liberty League Championship Game in Geneva.

LAST TIME VS. THE HERONS
Merilyn Hinrichs scored goals in the sixth and 51st minutes to lead the fifth-ranked Herons to a 2-0 win over RPI on October 14 in Geneva. William Smith held a 20-3 shot advantage, including 12-1 on goal. Joey Lyons had 10 saves, which matched a career-high.

ENGINEERS DRAW WITH RIT
Despite a combined 32 shot  attempts, RPI and RIT battled to a scoreless draw on Friday afternoon at East Campus Stadium. Freshman Whitney Wisnom had a game-high five shots for the hosts (3 on goal), while Joey Lyons had four saves for the shutout. 

RPI LEADERS
Junior Jacqui Richard has a team-high two goals to go along with one assist for five points. Freshman Whitney Wisnom (1 goal, 1 assist) and junior Emily Dunn (1 goal, 1 assist) have three points apiece, while five others have two points.

GOALKEEPING
Sophomore Joey Lyons (4-6-2) has a 0.95 goals against average and a .769 save percentage have played every minute between the sticks for the Engineers. She has three shutouts.

SCOUTING THE HERONS
No. 7 William Smith (10-2) is averaging 2.0 goals per game and led offensively by Megan Barwick (7 goals, 3 assists) with 17 points. Sheila McQuillen (5 goals, 2 assists) and Julia Keogh (4 goals, 2 assists) round out the top three with 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Four different players have stood between the sticks for the Herons, led by Veronica Romines (6-0) with a 0.19 goals against average and a .909 save percentage.
