Sanjana Surapeneni was victorious at No. 2 singles, but that was the only win for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's tennis team in a non-league match at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) as the No. 37 Lions won 8-1. TCNJ improves to 15-4, while the Engineers drop to 6-11.
Surapeneni won at No. 2 singles over Grace Minassian 6-3, 6-3 to put the Engineers on the board. They dropped each of the three doubles matches and the first singles match to completion (No. 1).
