JANUARY 26, 2019: Celia Tomlinson and Ines Ortea both registered double-doubles and LaKissa Martin and Elizabeth Eckhardt also scored in double figures as RPI defeated Skidmore 74-64 ... Tomlinson had 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Ortea scored 16 points with 10 boards and a game-high four assists ... Martin led all scorers with 20 points along with eight rebounds, while Eckhardt had 14 points ... Kate McCarney paced Skidmore with 15 points, including nine in the first half, while Haley English scored 11 for the Thoroughbreds, who were outrebounded 46-32. 

JANUARY 4, 2019: Skidmore put three players in double figures and the Thoroughbreds outscored Rensselaer by 17 points in the final three quarters on their way to defeating the Engineers 55-47 ... Jessica Centore had 13 points, nine rebounds and four assists in the victory ... Taylor Ong scored 10 points with seven rebounds, while Haley English managed a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds ... Elizabeth Eckhardt and LaKissa Martin both had a dozen points for the Engineers ... Martin also had 10 rebounds, which was second on the team to Ines Ortea's 12 ... Ortea scored eight points.

RPI ON FRIDAY NIGHT: Senior Sam Krumbhaar scored 18 points and two others reached double digits as RPI defeated Union 67-54 ... The Engineers led for more than 38 minutes of the game ... Krumbhaar also had a game-high six assists with five rebounds and two steals ... Classmate Celia Tomlinson had 11 points and a team-high eight rebounds, along with four blocked shots.

SKIDMORE TO DATE: The Thoroughbreds entered the weekend with a 2-8 record ... After losses to Oneonta (59-49) and Baldwin Wallace (77-63), they defeated Houghton (54-47) and Sage (77-67) to move to 2-2 ... Three of their six losses since have been to Liberty League opponents.

SKIDMORE ON FRIDAY: Despite keeping it close in the first half, Skidmore could not hang on after a third quarter surge secured a 60-40 win for Ithaca ... The Thoroughbreds were led by Jessica Centore, who scored 14 points ... Kate McCarney added nine points and three steals ... Maddie Hastings had a team-high nine rebounds.
