At Rensselaer, we are proud to recognize the student-athletes who are members of the Class of 2020. We thank them for their hard work, dedication and tremendous efforts in representing the Institute in a first-class manner academically and athletically. We wish them well in all their futures. 

While at Rensselaer:
Midfield ... Played 72 career games, 65 as starter ... Six goals and eight assists for 20 points ... Four game-winning goals ... All-Liberty League twice ... Liberty League All-Tournament Team once ... Mechanical Engineering and Design, Innovation, and Society dual major ... Dean's Honor List ... Co-Op with Hasbro Inc. (Transformers).

Favorite sports memory during career?
"THERE ARE SO MANY!

My favorite memory was traveling to Costa Rica with my soccer team during my junior year. Playing with other athletes in another country was an amazing experience I will never forget. Also getting to travel with our team to such a new and beautiful place was incredible and unlike anything I will get to do again." - April 2020

What makes Rensselaer so special?

I have met so many incredible people here at RPI who have inspired me and challenged me.

My coaches, teammates, friends, classmates, professors and staff have all played a role in showing me how much I am capable of with enough hard work. Each have left me with values and encouragements that I will always carry with me." - April 2020

What are your post-graduation plans?
"I hope to pursue my Masters of Science in mechanical engineering with the Co-Term Program here at RPI." - April 2020

"One of the pillars of our program is to "put people first." There is no one who lived up to that better than Jacqui Richard. When we speak with her it's rarely about herself and most often ends by her telling stories and giving praise to her teammates about things that they accomplished during that week. From day one, we knew Qui belonged in the midfield and was going to lead the charge there. Always learning and wanting to get better, her presence will certainly be missed on the field but we are looking forward to transitioning her to being on the sideline next fall." - March 2020
