At Rensselaer, we are proud to recognize the student-athletes who are members of the Class of 2020. We thank them for their hard work, dedication and tremendous efforts in representing the Institute in a first-class manner academically and athletically. We wish them well as they continue to complete the semester and become Rensselaer alumni / alumnae. 

While at Rensselaer:
Midfield ... Played 59 career games ... Scored once with one assist ... Lone assist came against Williams in senior season when he played career-high 19 games ... Biomedical Engineering major.

Favorite sports memory during career?
"I do not think I would be able to pick a favorite. I will cherish all of the memories from my four years. From surviving pre-season with my teammates to being a part of the best RPIMS team in school history and all of the little things in between." - April 2020

What are your post-graduation plans?
"I will be moving to Massachusetts to be a part of the Engineering Development Program at Cognex Corporation." - April 2020

"Matt was a jack of all trades; he could play a number of different positions for us. He always had his best games against the best teams, especially against the teams that played the best brand of soccer. Matt's skill level gave him the ability to put the ball down quickly and that allowed him to calm games down when he went on. Every time the game fit his skill set, he delivered. Matt worked hard every time he stepped on the field whether it was training or game day." - March 2020
