LATHAM, N.Y. - Playing its first dual match of the 2022-23 season, the No. 22 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's tennis team did not drop a set and lost just 15 games in singles on its way to defeating Rochester Institute of Technology 9-0 in a Liberty League match. 

After winning all three doubles matches, RPI went ahead 4-0 when its top two singles players, Aiden Drover-Mattinen and Andy Zhu, won by scores of 6-1, 6-1 and 6-0, 6-2, respectively. Jonathan McMillan clinched the match with a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 5 before Abraham Yohannes made it 7-0 with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 3.
