Men's Hoops Stays Hot, Tops Skidmore

Engineers Win Sixth in Seven, Defeat Throughbreds

TROY, N.Y. - Freshman PJ Scalisi and Andrew Deppe each went for 17 points apiece, as the young duo helped lead the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's basketball team to a 68-61 victory over Skidmore on Saturday afternoon at ECAV Arena. With the win, RPI has won six games in their last seven, and nine of their last 11. The Engineers now secured second place in the Liberty League standings through Saturday's action.
