RPI Handed 3-0 Loss at Yale

NEW HAVEN, Conn.- The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's ice hockey team was defeated 3-0 at ECAC rival Yale tonight.

The Bulldogs notched one goal in each period, including a back-breaking score with 27 seconds remaining in the second.

Andrea Trnkova was the most active Engineer with five shots on goal. Michelle Nutescu, Natalie Tulchinsky, Calla Woodcroft, Aylah Cioffi, and Morgann Skoda produced two shots on frame each as well.

Sophia Jones led all players with three blocked shots. Nutescu, Nyah Philip, Georgia Bailey, and Gracyn Mackay also tallied two blocks apiece.

The Engineers will flip around to face Brown tomorrow at 3:00 pm.
