SPARTANBURG, S.C. –
Julianne Bleskoski of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's cross country team finished second overall in a field of 290 runner in the NCAA Division III Championship.
Her performance, completed in a time of 21:05.1 over the 6,000-meter course at Milliken Research Park in Spartanburg, South Carolina, marks the best individual finish in RPI women's cross country program history at the national meet.
Bleskoski maintained a strong pace throughout the championship run, posting a split of 3:30.5 and earning All-American accolades while ultimately finishing 48 seconds behind national champion Audrey MacLean of Middlebury.
