TROY, NY - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's and women's diving teams wrapped up an impressive two-day showing at the 2025 LGR Diving Invitational inside Robison Pool, highlighted by Ella Simpson qualifying for the NCAA Division III Diving Regional Championships following dominant performances on both boards.

Simpson delivered a statement weekend for the Engineers, capturing first place in the 1-meter and second place in the 3-meter event. Simpson logged a score of 423.15 on the 1-meter board and 437.5 in 3-meter competition, with both marks eclipsing the NCAA regional qualifying standards.

Elaina Griffiths and Jessica Campise finished in fifth place, respectively, on the 1 and 3-meter leader boards for the RPI women. Griffiths recorded a 377.45 and Campise logged a score of 394.5.

On the men's side, Ian Evans earned fourth place on both boards, as he accumulated 249.00 points on the 3-meter in day one before totaling 246.60 in Saturday's 1-meter competition.
