CENTER VALLEY, PA- The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's lacrosse team defeated DeSales 15-6 in non-conference action today in central Pennsylvania.

The #6 nationally-ranked Engineers scored 13 of the first 14 goals on the afternoon to earn their second straight win to begin the spring season.

Tyler Ruffini, Sean Mullen, and Easton Morse each registered three goals in the victory, while JD Townsend contributed two scores.

Michael Kline, Cooper Roman, Patrick Keegan, and Zach Swanson all found the back of the net one time each for RPI.

Ruffini dished out a team-best four assists to cap off a seven-point performance. Mullen, Morse, Kline, Roman, and Swanson also complimented their goal-scoring efforts with one helped each.

Ian Weihe, Troy Schipf, Angelo Venuto, Owen Stesney, and Ty Stanek logged one assist apiece as well.

RPI next travels to Cortland for a 3:00 pm meeting on Wednesday afternoon.
