UNION, NJ - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's lacrosse team opened the 2025 campaign with a 14-1 win at Kean University this afternoon.

Ella Graff scored three times to lead RPI to the season-opening victory.

Quinn Wollard, Lauren DeLeo, Audrey Silverman, and Kira Abdelsayed netted two strikes each, and Camille Stackhouse, Kate McFeeley, and Lisa Boehmer contributed one goal apiece for the Engineers.

Graff and Wollard gave RPI a 2-0 advantage in first quarter before the Cougars cut the margin in half. RPI would score the next 12 goals after that to cruise to the first win of the year.

Graff added two assists on the day to finish with a game-high five points. Stackhouse topped the Engineers with three assists, while Silverman and Abdelsayed had one helper each.

RPI goalies Jenny Canfield and Julianne Lucas combined to stop 7-of-8 shot attempts from Kean.

The Engineers next travel to Oneonta for a 3:00 pm tilt on Wednesday.
