TROY, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Department of Athletics has announced the results of the 2026 RPi Giving Day challenges, as 2,231 contributions totaling $530,739 were made in support of the department's 650-plus student-athletes.

In total, RPI Athletics raised $530,739 from 2,231 contributions, with the overall dollar figure increasing by 67.3 percent from the department's 2025 RPi Giving Day. The strong show of support once again demonstrated the continued commitment of RPI Athletics alumni, families, friends, and supporters to the success of the Engineers' student-athletes.
