TROY, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) swimming & diving programs have announced their 2026-27 schedule, featuring six home competitions at Robison Pool before the season culminates with the Liberty League Championships from Feb. 17-21 at Ithaca College. The regular-season schedule includes dual meets against several Liberty League opponents, along with the annual RPI Kumpf Invitational and RPI Diving Invitational.
The Engineers begin the campaign with back-to-back home meets, opening against RIT on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. before welcoming Oneonta to Robison Pool on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m. RPI then makes its first road trip of the season on Saturday, Oct. 31, traveling to Ithaca College for a 2 p.m. meet.
RPI returns home on Saturday, Nov. 14 to face Vassar College at 1 p.m. before closing the 2026 portion of the schedule on the road at the MIT Invitational on Friday, Dec. 4 in Cambridge, Mass.
Following the semester break, the Engineers open 2027 by hosting the RPI Kumpf Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. RPI then competes on consecutive days the following weekend, traveling to Union College for a 4 p.m. meet on Friday, Jan. 22 before returning to Robison Pool to host Skidmore College at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23.
The regular-season dual-meet schedule concludes on Saturday, Jan. 30, when the Engineers travel to Hamilton College for a 1 p.m. competition. RPI will then host the RPI Diving Invitational at Robison Pool on Saturday, Feb. 6, providing the final home competition before the postseason.
The Engineers will turn their attention to the 2027 Liberty League Championships, which are scheduled for Feb. 17-21 at Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y.
