SCHENECTADY, NY – Junior pitcher Tiffany Ippoliti threw a one-hitter, guiding the Union College softball team (29-6) to a 4-0 ECAC Championship Tournament game one win against RPI (24-12) on Saturday morning. With the victory Union advances to face Alfred game, while RPI takes on SUNY Brockport in an elimination game.

The Dutchwomen took control of the contest in the bottom of the third with a double by senior first baseman Megan Kaknis just out of the reach of the RBI centerfielder.
