Jessica Sitzer (Rockaway, NJ/Morris Central) won at second singles and first doubles, but it wasn't enough as the Rensselaer women's tennis team fell to SUNY Oneonta, 6-3, on Sunday afternoon. With the win, the Red Dragons improve to 8-5, while the Engineers fall to 2-5 overall and 0-3 through their three spring matches.
Sitzer won a hard fought match in singles action, defeating Emily Shannon by a score of 7-5, 6-3. She then claimed victory in first doubles along with partner
Christine Roe (Phoenix, AZ/North), winning 8-2.
