SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's tennis team won all three doubles matches, dropping only three total sets, and five of six singles matches, each in straight sets,to defeat Union College, 8-1, in a matchup of Liberty League foes at the Union Courts.

The Engineers saw freshman Melanie Frank and sophomore Pooja Ganesh post 6-0, 6-0 victories in singles, No. 4 and No. 5, respectively. No. 3 singles player Amanda Alexander was victorious, 6-0, 6-1.
