ORLANDO, Fla. - After sweeping doubles, the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's tennis team won all six singles matches - five in straight sets - in defeating Bryn Mawr College, 9-0, to improve to 7-1. The Owls fall to 5-3.

Four student-athletes posted multiple victories for the Engineers, led by junior Casey Olsen (Glen Ridge, NJ / Glen Ridge) at No. 1 doubles and No. 1 singles, as well as sophomore Emily Laurilliard (Niskayuna, NY / Niskayuna) at No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles.

Freshman Pooja Ganesh (Fremont, CA / Westborough) and senior Katie Russell (Fryeburg, ME / Fryeburg) both captured singles wins in straight sets, winning at No. 5 and No. 6, respectively.

RPI completes its Spring Break trip on Friday against Wesleyan University in a match that begins at 10am.
