Frank (Durham, CT / Coginchaug Regional) held off senior Jessica Schmidt (Commack, NY / Commack), 6-4, 4-6, 6-3, for RPI's fifth and clinching victory. She also teammed with junior
Emily Laurilliard (Niskayuna, NY / Niskayuna) to win at first doubles, defeating Schmidt and Veronika Palkin (North Woodmere, NY / George W. Hewlett), 8-4.
Rensselaer's other two doubles teams posted 8-5 wins before Laurilliard won at second singles, 6-1, 6-4. She defeated Brittany Grandville (Tappan, NY / Tappan Zee).
Among New Paltz's four singles victories were a pair of three set wins as Olivia Ammariti (Huntington, NY / Huntington) defeated
Casey Olsen (Glen Ridge, NJ / Glen Ridge), 6-4, 6-7 (3), 7-5, at first singles and Carol Tyson (Clinton Corners, NY / Rhinebeck) beat
Pooja Ganesh (Fremont, CA / Westborough), 2-6, 6-1, 6-3, at fifth singles.
