Jena Servidone capped the rally with an RBI-base hit ... A two-run double by Caudle was followed by a two-run two-bagger from Servidone created a 12-4 cushion in the bottom of the third, after New Paltz plated four in the top half of the inning ... Game two saw
Taylor Ten Eyck drive in four runs, while hitting her first home run of the season ... She broke a scoreless tie in the third with two-run shot, before driving in two more with a double in the fourth ... Kollmeier also plated a run with a single in the inning, giving RPI a 5-0 lead after four innings ... New Paltz junior Fallon Spriggs got the visitors on the board with a solo home run to right, in the top of the sixth ... Caudle bounced back in the circle to shut the Hawks down the rest of the way ... She allowed just the one run on two hits over 7.0 innings, striking out a school-record 18 batters.

Morgan Ten Eyck was selected to the Honor Roll ... Weltzin went 2-0 with a 2.19 earned run average in two starts last week. She threw two complete games, including one shutout, allowing just 12 hits in 16.0 innings ... Striking out 12 batters and walking six, opponents hit .207 off of her ... Ten Eyck led the Engineers to a 4-1 week, batting a team-high .471 (8 for 17), with four doubles, a home run, three runs scored and six runs batted in.
