REUNION & HOMECOMING WEEKEND
The Engineers open RPI's Reunion & Homecoming Weekend athletic schedule against RIT on Friday afternoon at East Campus Stadium.
ALL-TIME VS. THE TIGERS
RIT holds the narrowest of leads in the all-time series, 15-14-5, dating back to the first ever confrontation on October 20, 1971. RPI won on that day, 5-0, in Troy. The Engineers are 8-5-4 at home, while the Tigers have an 11-14-5 advantage in conference play.
RECENTLY
The series has been close as of late, with the two clubs splitting the last six meetings, 2-2-2. However, RIT has won the last two, including a 1-0 win in Troy in 2015.
2016 VS. RIT
Mike Reverdatto and Anthony DeFeo scored in the 39th and 51st minutes, respectively, to lead the Tigers to a 2-1 on September 30, 2016.
Devon Baughen pulled the Engineers within 2-1 with 20 minutes to play, but RPI could not find an equalizer. Goalkeepers

RENSSELAER BEATS UNION LATE
Freshman
Trevor Bisson netted the 89th-minute winner to lead the Engineers to a 1-0 win over area-rival Union College, last Saturday at ECAV Stadium. Sophomore
Matt LaBranche made four saves for the clean sheet.

Anthony DeFeo (5 goals, 1 assist) leads the Tigers with 11 points, while Simon Garno (1 goal, 5 assists) has seven. Jared Short has three goals for six points. In goal, Peter Cinibulk (3-5-2) has a 1.63 goals against average and a .652 save percentage.
TIGERS DRAW AT ST. LAWRENCE
RIT and St. Lawrence traded goals in each half in playing to a 2-2 draw in Canton on Thursday. Jethro Dede's ninth minute tally was answered by Anthony DeFeo, before Rob Brandell put the hosts ahead 2-1 in the 61st minute of play. Nick Simone tied the game in the 88th minute on his first of the season.
